🎪 Hire Agreement
By booking Teeny Tracks, the customer (“the Host”) agrees to hire our inflatable track, ride‑on vehicles, and accessories for the duration stated on their booking confirmation. Teeny Tracks provides equipment only; supervision and child welfare remain the responsibility of the Host and attending parents/guardians.

💳 Payment & Booking
• A non‑refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 48 hours before the event.
• Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received.
• Late payments may result in cancellation of the hire.

❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy
• All bookings require a non‑refundable deposit to secure your date.
• Cancellations made more than 6 weeks before the event will receive a refund of any additional payments made, minus the deposit.
• Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the event are non‑refundable.
• In exceptional circumstances (at Teeny Tracks’ discretion), we will work with you to move your booking to an alternative date, subject to availability.
• If Teeny Tracks must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued or an alternative date offered at no extra cost.

🛡️ Liability & Acceptance of Risk
• Teeny Tracks provides safe, well‑maintained equipment, but all riding activities carry inherent risk.
• By hiring Teeny Tracks, the Host accepts full responsibility for ensuring safe use of all equipment.
• Teeny Tracks is not liable for injuries, accidents, or incidents arising from misuse, lack of supervision, or unsafe behaviour.
• Parents/guardians must supervise their own children at all times.

⚖️ Liability Limit
• Teeny Tracks will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, damage, or injury arising from the hire or use of our equipment.
• Teeny Tracks’ total liability for any direct loss or damage will be limited to the total value of the booking.
• Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

👶 Supervision & Child Welfare
• Teeny Tracks does not provide staff supervision.
• A responsible adult must oversee the track at all times, ensuring safe riding, no pushing, collisions, or unsafe play.
• Parents/guardians remain responsible for their child’s welfare, behaviour, and safety throughout the event.
• All exits from the hall or event space must be limited or blocked off to prevent children leaving the supervised area while riding.

🧼 Safety Equipment
Teeny Tracks provides a selection of clean, well‑maintained helmets for all riders. Helmet use is at the discretion of the Host and attending parents/guardians.
If a helmet is chosen, it must be worn at all times while riding. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring correct fit and safe use. Families are welcome to bring their own helmets if preferred.

🚗 Equipment Care & Damages
• All vehicles, accessories, and track components are checked before each hire.
• Light scuffs and normal wear are expected and never charged.
• Significant damage caused by misuse, unsafe behaviour, or lack of supervision may result in a repair or replacement fee.
• The Host is responsible for ensuring equipment is used appropriately and not removed from the designated area.
• Vehicles must not be ridden outside under any circumstances. All riding must take place within the designated indoor event space.

🏟️ Venue Requirements
The Host must ensure the venue:
• Has a clear, safe floor space suitable for the track and vehicles.
• Provides access to a standard plug socket for the blower.
• Is free from hazards (sharp edges, clutter, obstacles).
• Allows sufficient space for safe rider flow.
• Has exits that can be safely restricted during the hire period.
If unsure, the Host should provide photos or measurements for confirmation.

🕒 Setup & Pack‑Down
• Teeny Tracks will arrive ahead of the hire time to set up the track and equipment.
• The Host must ensure clear access to the venue.
• Pack‑down begins immediately after the hire period ends.

📸 Photos & Social Media
• Teeny Tracks may take photos of the setup for marketing purposes.
• We will never photograph children unless explicit written consent is provided.

🌪️ Force Majeure
Teeny Tracks shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, power outages, venue closures, strikes, or government restrictions.
In such cases, we will work with the Host to rearrange the booking where possible.

⚖️ Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from the hire or use of Teeny Tracks equipment will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

✏️ Amendments
Teeny Tracks reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Any changes will apply to bookings made after the date the updated terms are published.
